About Seth

Seth Flowers moved his family to Round Rock, joined the Leadership Round Rock class of 2018, and has spent the years since tinkering with businesses the way other people tinker with cars. He’s run a uniform and facility solutions territory for Unifirst, started and lost his own insurance agency, worked home services, led sales for a national knife sharpening company, and now directs sales for Citywide Facility Solutions across central Texas, from Waco down to San Marcos. On the side, he runs Go Big Coaching and Consulting, where he coaches business owners through the exact chaos he’s lived through himself. He and his wife Shelby have hosted five exchange students through Stony Point High School, where their son Taylor graduated in 2024. He calls his approach to business “utter chaos,” in the best possible sense: find the missing piece, solve it, move to the next puzzle.
