About Selicia

Selicia Sanchez-Adame started Think Group in 2007 at age 26 with no mentors, no roadmap, and no idea what she was doing — just grit. She walked into boardrooms looking like she was 15 and had to work twice as hard to be taken seriously. As a Latina founder in Williamson County, she knew she was being watched and that someone who looked like her needed to be in those rooms.

She became the 2025 Board Chair of the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce — not for herself, but so that someone who would never meet her could look at that role and think: if she can do it, I can too. That’s the mindset she brought to every decision. Curiosity, she says, is a superpower. It took her 14 years to get her woman-owned business certification because she was afraid of the paperwork. When she finally did, she discovered there were people who could have helped her the whole time.

Her market research firm serves clients across Texas who are trying to understand the Central Texas market — a region unlike the East or West Coast, with its own blend of diversity, mindset, and growth. She believes Round Rock’s next Dell or Kalahari is already being built, and she’s laying the foundation to help it emerge.
