About Deana

Deana Cavanaugh said something during her conversation with Bryan that stopped him in his tracks: “It’s really lonely to be successful by yourself.” She said it plainly, without performance. It’s the kind of observation that comes from experience — not a slide deck.

Deana works in development at the Ascension Seton Foundation and is a Round Rock Chamber Ambassador. She and Bryan share something beyond their professional work: they’ve both lost over 100 pounds, and they’ve both discovered that the goals that matter most — whether in health, in giving, or in business — don’t happen in isolation. They happen in community.

In a world full of digital noise, Deana keeps coming back to the same truth: real connection still wins.
